In a beautiful moment of creativity, and under the slogan “Creative in the field of sweets”, Asraa Culinary Arts Association organized a competition on the occasion of the International Women’s Day celebrations at the association’s headquarters on Monday, March 5, 2024, in the presence of ladies and gentlemen Zahra El Manshoudi, Vice President of the Lakadir Collective Council, Fatima Bouhouili, member of the Lite Melloul Collective Council, Zahra El Manshoudi, Deputy Head of National Cooperation in Anzakan Ait Melloul Municipality
Mr. Emad Kahmou, Director of the Cultural Complex in Ait Melloul, Mr. Mohammed Ait Bouhati, Head of the Department of Cultural and Sports Affairs at the Ait Melloul Collective Council, and the journalist Mr. Abdel Rahim Oukharaz and Mr. Mohamed Amroun, President of the Israa Association for Culinary Arts.
This competition was organized under the supervision of the center’s director and international judge, Chef Bouchra Chaie.
A weighty presence and added value to this competition and the organizing association, which recently represented the Kingdom of Morocco in the International Culinary Festival in Alanya, Turkey, and won the Harmony and Initiative Cup at the closing ceremony, and is preparing to organize an international festival at the end of next April in Agadir.
After presenting the creations in the field of international sweets, tasting them and the decision of the jury, the representative of the Taroudant region, Ms. Ibtisam Waraka, won the first place deservedly and deservedly with a distinctive creativity in making a dessert that everyone appreciated because of its natural materials and the choice of the artistic touch in mixing its ingredients and the way it is presented, and Hafida Ben Mokhtar achieved the second rank, while the son of Zagora, Mohammed Azroual, won the third rank. While Zagora’s son Mohamed Azroual won the third place, and Fatima Zahraa Alami was able to win the title of creativity by embodying the celebration of Ramadan by making prayer rugs out of candy, so we salute the pride of Moroccan and international judging and cooking, composed in the field of Chef Bushra and Mr. Mohamed Amroun for their efforts that have yielded important results in the field.
