The Israe Association for Culinary Arts and Sustainable Development is a cultural association dedicated to training and mentoring in Moroccan and international culinary arts, as well as Moroccan and international pastry and baking, across various branches for beginners, professionals, and instructors.
The association also focuses on raising awareness of the Moroccan cultural heritage within the culinary domain, actively working to preserve it, transmit it to future generations, and safeguard it against theft and appropriation by certain entities.
