Israa Association for Culinary Arts and Sustainable Development

The Israa Association for Culinary Arts and Sustainable Development is a cultural association that works in the field of training and supervision in the Moroccan and international cooking division and the Moroccan and international sweets and baked goods division in all its branches for beginners, professionals and trainers. The association also works to introduce the Moroccan cultural heritage.

Owner of DIAFATE AMROUNE Company for catering parties, demonstrations and festivals. Head of the Moroccan delegation participating in several festivals and demonstrations in the culinary field outside the country, he participated as an organizer in several culinary demonstrations in several countries. Organizer of the Sous Castro International Festival in Agadir. President and representative of the Russian Federation of Sports Restaurants (WFRS) in Morocco and North Africa. Vice President of the Regional Assembly (CASATO BARONE DI RIACE IN CALABRIA) in the State of Malta and its representative in Morocco

Professional training courses for cooking, desserts, and food recycling

The association organizes professional training courses, within the framework of continuous training, in all areas related to cooking, pastry, and food recycling, under the supervision of distinguished chefs at the national and international levels. The association seeks to recruit a qualified workforce to support the torch market in the region.

The association works in the field of continuous training to update its acquisitions and programs, and thanks to the diligence and perseverance of all its components, it has been able to attract a large number of beneficiaries, exceeding three hundred beneficiaries annually, distributed among the various branches related to the culinary field.

The Esraa Culinary Arts Association has concluded several partnership and cooperation agreements with several associations, bodies and academies with the same orientation, in order to consolidate the policy of openness pursued by the association for the sake of interaction and exchange of experiences.

In addition to the training, the Israa Culinary Arts Association organizes several activities parallel to the development of the culinary field at the local and international levels, including holding local exhibitions for notified people and beneficiaries of the training at the Israa Education and Training Center.

TV programmes

Supervising the association’s members and beneficiaries in the field of digital commerce under the supervision of specialists in the field, and filming television episodes specializing in cooking and desserts for the benefit of the association’s beneficiaries, on local and international channels, the most important of which is the 2M satellite channel, through the famous program (For Stars Kitchen).

International festivals

The Israa Culinary Arts Association, Sinou Ya, participates in international festivals and world championships in the culinary field, with carefully selected Moroccan delegations from all parts of the Kingdom and its honorary president, Chef Bouchra Shaai, who represents Morocco – Sinou Ya, in the field of international arbitration.
